President Emomali Rahmon makes personnel appointments in the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

On April 22, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, received for a conversation the personnel appointed to leadership positions in the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Valizoda Ilhomiddin was appointed Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Police”, in agreement with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, experienced and young personnel were appointed to leadership positions in a number of departments of the central apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, its departments and divisions in various regions, cities and districts. The heads of departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the cities of Tursunzoda, Hisor, Vahdat, Panjakent, Guliston, Konibodom, Levakant, Muminobod, Dangara, Khuroson, Shahritus, Yovon, Baljuvon, Spitamen, Mastchoh, Aini, Vanj, Firdavsi and Shohmansur districts were appointed from among experienced specialists.
The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, instructed the personnel appointed to responsible positions to serve the state and people of Tajikistan honestly and faithfully, and gave them specific instructions and recommendations on ensuring the protection of law and order, the rule of law, and the high-quality performance of official duties based on their oath of allegiance and the country’s legislation.
It was emphasized that serious attention should be paid to the etiquette of communicating with people, learning foreign languages, and using modern information technology in the performance of official duties, monitoring the comprehensive implementation of new legislative requirements on the proper use of electricity, not leaving the younger generation behind in the education and upbringing process, and especially to the education and language learning of young personnel in the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
