DUSHANBE, 27.06.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On June 27, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, launched the activities of the LLC “Bargi Shohtut” Enterprise in Shugnon district.

The “Bargi Shohtut” Enterprise was established by the patriotic entrepreneur Mohpari Saidhasanova within the framework of the instructions and guidelines of the Head of State and favorable conditions for strengthening the development of domestic production, creating new jobs, and ensuring the market and export of products.

During the introduction, the Head of State, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the new industrial facility has 3 production lines, which produce 3 types of products, such as tea from mulberry leaves and medicinal herbs, a mixture of mulberry, apricot, garmdoru, apricot kernels and bitter almonds in crushed form with modern packaging, and mulberry sweets in compliance with domestic and international standards.

The production equipment of the enterprise is of the new generation, it was brought from the developed countries of the world based on the focus on the private sector and the introduction of tax and customs privileges.

The enterprise is the first in the region and district in terms of its activity, and its production capacity is up to 90 tons of finished products per year. The finished products of the enterprise are mainly intended for export.

With the construction and launch of the “Bargi Shohtut” enterprise in the Shugnon district, 15 local residents will be provided with jobs and good salaries, and the total number of workers will be doubled in the near future with the introduction of new technological lines. During the harvest season and medicinal herbs, the number of workers will increase.

Raw materials are collected from the district’s farms and medicinal herbs from nature, which helps ensure the smooth operation of the enterprise.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, called the entrepreneur’s initiative to build such an industrial enterprise in mountainous conditions an exemplary one, emphasizing that this measure can contribute to the use of natural resources, prevent the loss of horticultural products, improve the living standards of residents, and increase the country’s export potential.
