Rustam Emomali approved the Program for social development of youth in Dushanbe for 2017-2018
DUSHANBE, 05.04.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Rustam Emomali, Acting Chairman of Dushanbe city approved by his decree the Program for social development of youth in Dushanbe for 2017-2018. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the Information and Analytical Department of the Office of the Chairman of Dushanbe city.
The program aims to improve the efficiency of the state youth policy, as well as creating socio-economic, legal and organizational conditions for social development of youth in Dushanbe city. According to the decree, the Department of the Committee for Youth Affairs, Sports and Tourism under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was instructed together with the relevant ministries and agencies to take necessary measures to implement this Program within the provided financial means.
The chairmen of the capital districts are instructed on the basis of this Program to develop local programs of social development of youth within the framework of the real possibilities of the local budget and provide their execution in accordance with the established procedure.
