First exemplary stop of public urban transport presented in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 25.08.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The first exemplary stop of public urban transport presented in Dushanbe.
According to the Department of Public Information and External Affairs at Dushanbe mayor’s office, the solemn opening ceremony of the stop took place on August 24 with the participation of the Chairman of Dushanbe city Rustami Emomali. The stop was built by the project of the Main Directorate for Architecture of the capital of the SUE “Obodoni” near the State Drama Theater named after A. Lahuti.
The stop, in addition to seats for waiting passengers, will also have points of sale of printed materials, electronic tickets of public urban transport, electronic scoreboard, where can get acquainted with transport routes, advertising boards and city phone.
The Chairman of Dushanbe city was informed that this stop was built of high-quality and durable materials using advanced technologies, it can serve citizens and guests of the capital for many years.
According to the Main Directorate for Architecture of the capital, in the near future, starting from Dushanbe International Airport to the capital Cement plant, 36 similar stops will be built.
