Business Forum of Tajik and Kazakh Entrepreneurs Opens Today in Dushanbe

DUSHANBE, 17.05.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, Tajik and Kazakh entrepreneurs will meet in Dushanbe.
A large-scale business forum organized by the Center for the Development of Trade Policy QazTrade and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan (CCI), will take place as part of the upcoming visit of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Tajikistan.
Entrepreneurs will discuss deepening cooperation in various sectors of the economy. The forum, which will last three days, and will bring together representatives of large companies.
The development of economic cooperation between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan will be one of the central topics of discussion of Emomali Rahmon and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The two leaders are prioritizing bilateral trade expansion.
Tokayev’s official visit will take place from May 19 through May 20. Presidents will discuss the current agenda, the center of which will be the economy, security and the energy sector.
