Rasulzoda and Mehrabiyan Discuss Expansion of Tajik-Iranian Cooperation

DUSHANBE, 08.06.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, Prime Minister Kohir Rasulzoda met with the Minister of Energy of Iran Aliakbar Mehrabiyan.
The expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation with Iran is one of the important directions of Tajikistan’s foreign policy, and due to joint efforts, the legal basis for bilateral relations in various arenas is being established and so far includes about 200 documents.
Cooperation has been established between these two countries in the economic, commercial, energy, industrial, cultural, tourism, and other areas.
The implementation of the Long-Term Program of Economic and Trade Cooperation until 2030 can also effectively contribute to a wider expansion of this cooperation.
