Tajikistan and Kochi Prefecture Ready to Establish Cooperation

DUSHANBE, 01.11.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajikistan and the Japanese Kochi Prefecture are ready to establish mutually beneficial cooperation. This was announced on October 31 at a meeting of the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan Ashurboy Solehzoda and the Deputy Governor of Kochi Prefecture Inue Hiroyuki.
The meeting also focused on issues of cooperation on studying the implementation of the industrial development program of Kochi Prefecture. The program is considered a success in Japan.
It was noted that the study of this practice is of great importance for the implementation of strategic documents at the national, sectoral and regional levels in Tajikistan.
The parties expressed their readiness to implement the noted issues.
