Sughd Region Delegation Visits the Russian Nizhny Novgorod

DUSHANBE, 09.02.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – In order to ensure socio-economic development and attract foreign investment in the economy, the leadership, representatives of state bodies and a group of entrepreneurs of the Sughd region visited the Russian Nizhny Novgorod region.
The purpose of the visit is to expand economic ties, get acquainted with the economic situation, establish cooperation in the industrial and agricultural sectors, attract investment in the regional economy and create new industrial enterprises.
Bilateral meetings and negotiations are expected to be held as part of the visit.
The members of the group visited the industrial enterprises «Bor felt factory,» «Bor glass factory,» an enterprise for the production of plates and blocks for construction.
Representatives of Sughd also got acquainted with the methods of wool processing and the production of end products from it, the production of glass for cars and buildings, and the production of construction products in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
