Tajik Delegation Attends the Regional Dialogue on the Central Asian Interconnected Infrastructure Project

DUSHANBE, 13.03.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – The delegation of Tajikistan, led by Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Ahliddin Nuriddinzoda, took part in the Regional Dialogue on the Central Asian Interconnected Infrastructure project from March 1 through March 12 in Istanbul.
It was noted that Tajikistan attaches great importance to increasing multilateral cooperation with the countries of Central Asia, in particular in regional transport, logistics and energy infrastructure.
Evidence of this is that the countries of Central Asia are considered one of the main trading partners of Tajikistan with a share of 21% in the country’s total trade turnover.
As part of the thematic sessions, the head of the delegation of Tajikistan proposed new projects for further discussion in the areas of transport and logistics, energy and information, as well as communication technologies.
