Tajikistan’s Foreign Trade Turnover Exceeds $4.7 Billion in First Half of 2025

DUSHANBE, 29.07.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – The foreign trade turnover of the Republic of Tajikistan reached $4.731 billion in the first half of 2025, an increase of $316.8 million compared to the same period in 2024. It was announced at a press conference of the Export Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During this period, domestic exports amounted to over $953.1 million, up by $255.1 million compared to the first half of 2024.
It was also reported that the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajagropromexport” under the Export Agency exported more than 60,000 tons of industrial and agricultural products valued at 77.5 million somoni.
To further develop the export sector, export support centers are scheduled to open by the end of 2025 in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region and Khatlon Region.
