Rustami Emomali, Chairman of Dushanbe city: “Opening flight between Dushanbe and Tashkent is an important step in the development of bilateral cooperation”
DUSHANBE, 14.04.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Rustami Emomali, Chairman of Dushanbe city on April 12 has met with Shokasim Shoislamov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Tajikistan.
According to the Information and International Relations Department of the Office of the Chairman of Dushanbe city, during the meeting the parties have discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation in various areas, as well as expressed their interest in enhancing cooperation in the areas of mutual interest.
During the meeting it was also noted that the opening flight between Dushanbe and Tashkent, as well as the forthcoming exhibition of industrial products of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Dushanbe are the important step in the development of bilateral cooperation.
The parties have also discussed the issue of opening a joint plant for the machinery, light industry, and manufacturing household goods.
