Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University Plans to Open a Chinese Language and Culture Center

DUSHANBE, 10.11.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The issues of opening a Chinese Language and Culture Center at the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University (RTSU) were discussed on November 8 during a meeting of the university management with the delegation of the branch of the Trans-Tajik Gas Pipeline Company Limited in Tajikistan.
The meeting was held with the aim of establishing mutually beneficial cooperation.
A branch of Trans-Tajik Gas Pipeline Company Limited is a specialized Tajik-Chinese gas company created to strengthen energy cooperation between Tajikistan and China through the implementation of the project for the construction and operation of the Central Asia — China Line D gas pipeline.
The meeting also focused on issues related to the development of Tajik-Chinese relations and cooperation in the field of education, as well as the issue of providing grants for the development of the university.
The meeting ended with an introductory tour of the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
