DUSHANBE, 16.05.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On May 16, in the village named after Ismat Sharif of Danghara district, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, laid the foundation stone for the beginning of the construction of the second phase of the «Sipar Group» LLC assembly and production plant for various brands of armored vehicles and military equipment.
This enterprise contributes to the implementation of the “Program for the Accelerated Industrialization of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2020-2025” and is aimed at implementing the fourth national goal — accelerated industrialization of the country.
The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the total area of the industrial enterprise is 40 hectares, and its launch will allow part of the country’s needs for military equipment and supplies to be met through domestic production. It is also important that 120 local residents will be provided with permanent jobs.
During a conversation with officials of the sector and the management of the enterprise, the Head of State Emomali Rahmon gave them specific instructions and recommendations to further increase the volume of production and types of products, adapt their quality to modern requirements, and at the same time organize the training and preparation of local specialists.
