DUSHANBE, 11.02.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The working group of the commission of the Football Federation of Tajikistan (FFT) on club licensing headed by FFT Vice-President Alisher Urunov completed its three-day working visit to Sughd.

The group visited six teams of the Sughd region within three days, including Isfara (Isfara), Pakhtakor (Jabbor Rasulov), Istaravshan (Istaravshan), Ravshan (Zafarobod), Khujand (Khujand) and Eskhata (Khujand), which in the new season will participate in the highest and first leagues of Tajikistan.

During the first stage of licensing, the commission checked the documents on the fulfillment by the major league clubs of the licensing requirements in terms of sports, infrastructure, personnel, administrative, financial and legal criteria, and also got acquainted with the readiness of the first league teams for the new season.

Following the first working visit, Urunov and Football League General Director Sayvali Shokurbonov met with the Chairman of the Sughd region, President of the Regional Football Federation Rajabboy Ahmadzoda.

Ahmadzoda noted that this year Tajikistan will celebrate the 30th anniversary of independence, and the Sughd administration will comprehensively support the regional teams for successful performance in the top and first leagues.
