Dushanbe Chairman Signs Decree on Preparations for Upcoming Winter Season
DUSHANBE, 09.05.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Dushanbe Chairman Rustam Emomali has signed a decree on the timely preparations of the capital’s economic and social sectors for uninterrupted and efficient operation for the autumn-winter period of 2020-2021.
Rustam Emomali instructed his deputies, chairmen of capital’s districts, heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of departmental subordination and forms of ownership, to immediately prepare a plan of specific activities of enterprises and organizations for the autumn-winter period of 2020-2021.
In order to improve the level of service for the city’s residents in the autumn-winter period of 2020-2021, a recommendation was made to create commissions under the leadership of the district chairmen and the heads of structures.
Also, the city’s water service company Vodokanal Dushanbe is obliged to take the necessary measures for the preparation of structures and means of production and transportation of drinking water, purification and disinfection of water and ensuring stable and effective operation in the autumn-winter period of 2020-2021 for the normative reserve of disinfectants and disinfecting materials.
Dushanbe Chairman also instructed the utilities Bus-1, Bus-2, Bus-3, Trolleybus and the state-owned utility structure Dushanbenakliethadamotrason to develop and approve a preparatory plan for the autumn-winter season 2020-2021 by June 1.
