Dushanbe Chairman Signs Decree on Procedure and Norms for Construction Permits Issuance
DUSHANBE, 21.05.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Today, Dushanbe Chairman Rustam Emomali signed a decree on the procedure and norms of fees for the issuance of permits for construction of buildings in Dushanbe.
The decision is aimed at the stable development of socio-economic sectors of Dushanbe and the greater attraction of investments in the field of urban development, reported the Department of Public Information and External Affairs of the Chairman’s Office.
Additionally, the chief of the Chairman Office jointly with the Main Financial Department and the Main Department of Architecture and Urban Development were instructed to take the necessary measures to fulfill this requirement.
With this decree, the previous decree from 16 April 2019 is now considered invalid.
This decree is awaiting approval from the Assembly of People’s Deputies of Dushanbe.
The control over its implementation is assigned to the chief of the Chairman’s Office.
