DUSHANBE, 26.01.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, Speaker of the National Assembly, Chairman of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali met with the President of the World Aquatics Hussein Al-Musallam.
Rustam Emomali welcomed the visit of high-ranking guests to Dushanbe.
Al-Musallam expressed his opinion on cooperation between Tajikistan and the World Aquatics in the field of sports, especially water sports. He also and noted that specific practical measures would be taken to develop and expand the sphere.
The meeting focused in detail on the prospects for further cooperation in the field of sports, including the current state and development of water sports.
It was noted that in recent years, with the constant support of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, appropriate conditions and opportunities have been created for holding world-class competitions in Dushanbe. Dushanbe can host any international sports competition.
Following the meeting, Rustam Emomali thanked the guests for their cooperation in the development and expansion of water sports in the country.
