All Structures of Dushanbe Will Use the Smart Pay Program from August 1

DUSHANBE, 12.07.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – From August 1, in order to switch to cashless payments, the structures of Dushanbe will use the Smart Pay program in their work. The corresponding Decree was signed by the Chairman of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali.
The Decree is implemented in order to ensure the payment of all state taxes, duties, fines, for issuing permits and licenses, the amount of compulsory state insurance, utilities and other types of public services for the implementation of the first stage of the Smart Pay program.
