DUSHANBE, 30.04.2024 /NIAT «Khovar»/. Today the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of the City of Dushanbe, Rustami Emomali has met with the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Mrs. Odile Renaud-Basso.

According to the Mayor press office, during the meeting the current state and prospects of cooperation of the Executive Body of State Authority of Dushanbe with this influential world financial organization were discussed.

The main direction of the meeting was the issues related to bilateral cooperation on the development of urban transport, investment programs and increasing the potential of the city, creating conditions for building a better and sustainable future for the city of Dushanbe and its residents, construction of roads and flyovers and other areas beneficial to both sides.

The Chairman of the City of Dushanbe and the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development also discussed issues related to cooperation between the Executive Body of the State Authority of the City of Dushanbe and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the direction of effective implementation of new projects.

The participants of the meeting decided to continue fruitful cooperation in mutually beneficial spheres for both sides and realize new joint projects

Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed at the meeting.
